Dark Wallet - Raises % chance of receiving items from monsters.

Passive Skill (something special about you that would always be in effect):
Skill Learning. EFFECT: When a monster or enemy uses a special attack towards the ally, there is a certain % chance of learning the enemy special attack.
Special Attack: Psyche Bomb - You don't want this one to happen. I start to get ridiculously panicked and things around my environment just start exploding on their own.
